Spend 30 minutes sweating, moving, and grooving with us to experience the magic of judgment free Body Inclusive fitness.
Join us virtually for circuit style classes incorporating free weight training, body weight exercises, and high intensity interval training (HIIT).
All My Body instructors are trained to accommodate all exercises and workouts to all abilities and all bodies. Think of it like personal training within a group class setting. We cater the workout to YOU; your body, abilities, as well as any injuries or other specifications.

In every My Body Yoga Class;
-Letting go of expectations, judgement & competition and staying in the present moment
-Options for poses are given during class (Listen to your body and choose your own adventure!)

Yinyasa
A linked experience of dynamic movements and brief static holds, this class gives you the best of both worlds wrapped up into one! Let go of right and wrong and explore a new path that offers a gentle exchange, beginning with mindfulness and intention setting into heat building. Use the subtle warmth you’ve created as you settle into yin poses to passively stretch your muscles.
Restorative Yoga
Its all about slowing down in this class!
Enjoy the ambiance of dim lighting and peaceful music while allowing your body to relieve stress and tension. Restorative Yoga allows your body to deeply relax by long and passive stretching poses supported with props. A variation of breathing exercises as well as guided mediation is included in this class to allow for deeper relaxation and mindfulness.
